Logistics for Exhibitors
Vendors who are shipping their exhibition displays to the Symposium should address the shipment to:

NOTE: If possible, please allow an extra day for incoming shipments to reach the intended destination.
Vendors who are bringing their exhibition displays to the Symposium on August 15 can unload at either of the following locations:
(a) The loading dock at 370 E. Superior Street, or
(b) The Thorne Lobby at 375 E. Chicago Avenue
NOTE: Please include the name Ryan Soard on your materials to aid in identifying its destination.
Displays can be set up any time after 10 AM on Wednesday and must be taken down by 3 PM on Friday. Vendors who will not take their materials with them upon departure on Friday afternoon should make prior arrangements with their shipper-of-choice to pick up the materials and submit to Symposium registration personnel the attached form explaining WHO will pick up the materials, WHEN they will do so, and appropriate CONTACT INFORMATION for both vendor and shipper.
